Hey, I’m Ben Brannigan. I’m a soccer performance coach with more than 25 years of experience as an athlete and coach in Europe and the United States. My philosophy is simple: Develop the player before developing the position. I don’t believe player development is just about doing more soccer drills or teaching players to repeat skills. A complete player needs to understand how to move, think, compete and make decisions. That’s why my approach combines movement, athletic development, technical ability, tactical understanding, confidence, mindset and performance habits. I want players to become more coordinated, more confident and more intelligent in how they play — not just better at completing a drill. Whether I’m working with a young developing player, an ambitious academy player or a player looking to reach the next level, the goal is the same: Build the complete player. My coaching is individual, progressive and built around the player’s needs — because no two players develop in exactly the same way.
